"Candy is Dandy" is from the new Gumdrops Collection. It as a shimmery raspberry pink base with holo hexes in it. I love this! I used to hate textured polishes but after trying a few I can't get enough of them!
This had a nice formula. It was a bit sheer though and took about 3 coats to get opaque enough to cover any VNL.
