piCture pOlish - Whimsy

Today's post will be on piCture pOlish Whimsy!

Whimsy is a sky blue shade with shimmer that reflects blue to green.  This is so gorgeous!  The formula was perfect, just the right consistency.  I love this color because I think it compliments any skin tone!
